A Home for Contemporary Art, Culture & Creative Dialogue

La Foundation for the Arts-LAFA is a nonprofit cultural foundation and exhibition space in Accra dedicated to fostering artistic excellence, cultural preservation and creative dialogue in Ghana and across the Diaspora. Founded to deepen the relationship between art and its audience, LAFA has quickly become one of the most vital platforms for contemporary art and cultural expression in West Africa.

At LAFA, we connect artistic movements, disciplines and generations, offering a welcoming space where artists and audiences engage in meaningful exchange. Our exhibitions highlight Ghanaian and African contemporary art while embracing global creative perspectives, positioning LAFA as a hub for cultural conversation and innovation.
